Calling us is usually the best way for us to help you with any product related questions or if we haven’t met your expectations. If possible, have the packaging with you when you call so you can quote the LOT number on the pack.
If you have a general query and can’t find the answer on our website then do send us an email. We’ll do our best to get back to you within 2 working days. Our reply will be based on the information you give us, so the more complete you can be the better. If it’s a little more complicated or you think your product needs replacing we’ll probably need to speak to you.
