Calling us is usually the best way for us to help you with any product related questions or if we haven’t met your expectations. If possible, have the packaging with you when you call so you can quote the LOT number on the pack.

If you have a general query and can’t find the answer on our website then do send us an email. We’ll do our best to get back to you within 2 working days. If you think your product may be faulty please call us as we won’t be able to help you by email. We have a regulatory requirement to investigate possible product faults so if you think that’s the case we’ll need to talk to you.
